- For the symposium, papers which are “about Nevşehir ” or “ for the benefit of Nevşehir” will be accepted.
- Papers to be sent to symposium could be in any languages. However, There must be Turkish translation of the extensive summaries of the papers which are prepared in a language except for Turkish.
- The responsibility for the articles belongs to author/authors.
- Abstracts will be send via the symposium Internet page till the March 14, 2016. No applications will be accepted after that time.
The abstracts will be evaluated by the science board. In the abstracts submitted to the evaluation of this board, the names of the participants will be undisclosed.
5. The assertions accepted from the abroad will be announced on 21 March 2016; the assertions within the country will be announced on 4 April 2016.
6. The abstracts and full texts of the assertions will be published after the completion of the symposium.
7. The participation fee including the accommodation is 300 Turkish Liras; excluding the accommodation it is 150 Turkish Liras. The Assertion Abstracts Book, Proceedings Book, symposium bags, promotion gifts, inner-city transportation, lunch and dinner, tea and coffee breaks and the catering are included in the participation fee. Moreover, social program is planning for various activities during the dates of the symposium.
8. The symposium will be held at Nevşehir Hacı Bektaş Veli University.
